About Us
A national organisation for education & youth
Endesha Zambia Foundation is a national education and youth development organisation operating across all 10 provinces of Zambia, registered under the Ministry of Community Development and Social Welfare.
We are part of the global Design for Change movement, which operates in over 70 countries worldwide, and we serve as the national coordinators of this transformative programme in public and private schools throughout the country.
Our structure operates through the national education system — from national level through to individual schools — ensuring nationwide scalability and long-term sustainability of our programmes.
